Raymond K. Hiro

Managing Partner

Born and raised on Molokai

and residing in the town of Maunaloa almost all his life

and is a well-known local entertainer and has been playing professionally for 35 years.

 
Raymondʻs involvement in music spans back to playing

at the  Sheraton Molokai. He was a part of the

local group “Pound for Pound”, has been very active

with Moana’s Hula Halau as well as playing

at Paddler’s Inn and here at Hotel Molokai.

From 1991 to 2008, Raymond has worked at

Kalua Koi Villas, Molokai Ranch and other resort operations in Maui County that has given him experience in the areas

of Management, Human Resources and Hospitality.

Currently he is the property manager for

Molokai Properties Ltd (Molokai Ranch).

Raymond is married and is the father of 6 children.

His eldest son Sherwood "Woody" Hiro is the Executive Chef

of Hiro’s Ohana Grill.
