Strips of tender Calamari
tumbled in Japanese bread crumbs with flakes of Furikake,
then deep fried until crisp.
Served with cocktail sauce or a caper tartar sauce.
Zucchini, eggplant and Molokai sweet potatoes
battered and fried golden. Served with a Tempura Sauce.
