mixed in with various island-influenced sauces and relishes.

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Fresh button mushrooms, stuffed with a crab mixture

that include onions, bell peppers, fresh herbs,

mayonnaise, parmesan cheese

and a sprinkle of Old Bay Seasoning.


Panko Encrusted Calamari

Strips of tender Calamari

tumbled in Japanese bread crumbs with flakes of Furikake,

then deep fried until crisp.

Served with cocktail sauce or a caper tartar sauce.


Tempura Veggies

Zucchini, eggplant and Molokai sweet potatoes

battered and fried golden. Served with a Tempura Sauce.

Hiro’s Saimin Deluxe
A generous portion of Saimin steeped in a shrimp stock

then garnished with steamed Pork-Shrimp Won Ton,

sliced Char Siu Pork, Fishcake, Strips of Eggs,

Green Onions and Teriyaki Beef Skewer.
