Cameron Hiro
Managing Partner
Cameron was born on Molokai and graduated from
Molokai High School Class of 1979.
Cameron also attended Hawaii Community College in Hilo
with A.S. Degrees in Auto Mechanics (81’)
and Food Service (83’).
Cameron has been in the Food Service Industry
for over 35 years. On the island of Molokai,
his experience includes working as an Executive Chef for
Hotel Molokai, Molokai Ranch (The Lodge at Molokai Ranch),
The Village Grill, and KFC), Pau Hana Inn and also as a Food Service Consultant for the
Lanikeha Community Center.
Other restaurants on the Big Island included the Nihon Restaurant, Osaka Restaurant, Fiascos Restaurant, Paniolo Country Inn and Cattleman’s Steakhouse.
In the past, he also sat on the board of directors for the Molokai Visitor’s Association, Sustainable Molokai and the Molokai Community Health Center.
Currently Cameron is an Operations Manager for
Hawaii Kai Corporation (Gourmet Sea salt Company)
here on Molokai since 2004
Cameron also serves as the Senior Pastor
for Heart of Aloha Church since 2009.
